DATE AND TIMES - Perth Laneway is on Saturday 6th February at the Perth Cultural Centre, Northbridge. Gate open 2pm, and close at 12 midnight.
GETTING THERE - We recommend you take a train to the festival. For train and bus timetables, refer to the Transperth website www.transperth.wa.gov.au. The festival is a 5min walk from the Perth Central train station. Note you won't be able to get in via overpass towards the Art Gallery. Head to the William Street exits from the train station, and walk up William Street.
ENTRY - Enter the festival from the corner of James Street and Williams St (near the Brass Monkey).
PHOTO ID - Please bring your photo ID for entry into the festival. The only acceptable forms of ID are a valid Australian drivers licence, WA proof of age card or a passport.
PARKING - If you are driving, there are lots of carparks around Northbridge. For carpark opening hours and rates, please refer to the City of Perth website www.perth.wa.gov.au/parking.
BAG SEARCHES - All bags will be searched on entry. No booze, glass, bottles of any kind, pets, illegal stuff or professional camera gear. Anything confiscated will not be returned.
PASSOUTS - There no passouts permitted, so bring in everything you need, including smokes, money and something warm for later. Note there is no cloak room at the festival.
EFPTOS - There will be a few eftpos terminals at the main bar near the Library. However, get cashed up before you arrive.
MERCH - We Buy Your Kids (the folks responsible for all of the festival artwork this year) have designed us some gorgeous new T'shirts, subby holders and a hat this year - all of which are available from the Merch Tent near the Pond Stage, just opposite the entry/exit. In addition to our festival merch, your favourite bands have supplied us with a wide array of great T's to sell on their behalf so don't forget to stop by and pick something up.
FOOD - A variety of food vans are located near the Pond Stage.
FREE WATER - Free water is available around the site and near the bars.
RECYCLING - Please help our Green Team eco worriers out and put your rubbish in the recycling bins provided.
